I recently had the pleasure of staying at Havel River Cottage. and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The dining options were also excellent; the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was prompt and courteous.
Overall, my stay at River Cottage was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

been there for my husbands birthday celebration. had booked the package of 2 nights and 3 days with rafting and trekking. the place is wonderful and the staff is very cooperative and they helped my in the preparations of the party. only thing is it is far from Rishikesh. but it is mid way for Neelkanth mandir and rishikesh so you wont mind staying there. the commutation was arranged by the resort manager so no worries. then the food was very homely. it was buffet with breakfast lunch and dinner as promised in the package. The staff is warm and polite. Had already made plans for the same resort for the next time.

Well, I'm a huge fan of this cottage and the services they offer since past 6-7 years. Mr. Rajendra Kholia(Owner) is a very friendly and humble person and knows how to deal with his clients. The staff of Heval cottage knows their stuff pretty well, be it the cook, the caretaker or the owner himself. I'm seriously the biggest fan of this cottage.
I went there to enjoy the new year eve and the arrangements were just awesome be it the competitions, indoor games, food, DJ etc, everything was worth complimenting.
I will never stop visiting this place and would like to say thanks to Mr. Rajendra Kholia for the great hospitality.

I had a comfortable stay at this property. The rooms are cottage-style and equipped with basic amenities. They are not luxurious, but considering the price, they are perfectly adequate and budget-friendly. What really stands out is the hospitality.
The owner (Mr Aman negi)is incredibly humble, polite, and cooperative. His helpful nature made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, this is a wonderful option for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and budget-friendly stay with great food and warm hospitality.

This is a river side cottage and a excellent property to hang out with your friends. The owner of property "Mr. Kholia" and staff is so friendly and polite. Also, they serve tasty and great breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.
Rishikesh is one of my favorite destination and i am staying at this property since 2013 and enjoyed services of this cottage every time.
In 2018, i planned my company trip to Rishikesh and we stayed at this cottage. Mr. Kholia offered us DJ and live cricket match at large screen without any additional cost. :)

During our office trip, we had a fantastic time. The venue offered ample space for volleyball, cricket, and badminton, which added to the enjoyment. The morning breakfast was delicious, featuring tasty eggs, Maggie, and chole bhature. Additionally, there was a DJ setup available for dancing. The rooms were comfortable, each equipped with air conditioning and two fans. The unique bamboo roof added to the charm of the place. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

My experience at Heval River Cottage was amazing camping in Rishikesh. The location is surrounded by beautiful mountains and greenery, giving a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms and cottages are clean, spacious and very well maintained. Staff behaviour is extremely polite and supportive. Food quality is impressive — fresh, homely and delicious. If you want a relaxing nature stay near Rishikesh with comfort and luxury vibes, this place is highly recommended.

If you're in Rishikesh, you just can't miss the activities. N if you're an adventure junkie, u just have to experience river rafting & bungee. It was even better than the hype that is always surrounded around it.
The best person to guide, organize & book ur adventure activities is Mr. Aman who went out of his way to accommodate us because of some timing issues.

I was not so confident how cottages will be for family, but there was many families there. Location is very good, only caution is you have to walk approx 2-300 mtr, path is a bit difficult, so i would suggest old person should avoid.
Room was hygienic and good. If we are staying in much greenery, mosquitoes are common, better to carry all out.
Food was very good, options were there.
Staff was good and cooperative.

It was an amazing experience there in this resort.. This resort recently got fully renovate and new staff is there..The staff was very supportive, cottages,food,dj night,games and all the activities were very beautiful organised. We enjoyed a lot in the river area and in resort too. Thanku for everything Best river resort in rishikesh…! Highly recommend

Nice experience, best stay in a budget of 1500 per person.
River side stay with the feel of Bamboo cottage, neat and clean rooms.
Staff services are the best, they don't ignore any service and attend to customers all the time.
Location is very good, with paid parking for car's.
Sanjay Negi is very good at attending all the services, humble and polite.

Very reasonable and comfortable stay for 2 days with my groupbof friends. Staff was quite helpful and friendly specially Manager. Quite a peaceful place in the lap of nature and on the bank of Heval River, a tributary of River Ganga. Food is very tasty and hygienic.Thanks a lot Heval River cottage.

We took 2 nights 3 days Holi Package. Holi Party was well organised with unlimited snacks and drinks. It was a very nice place on a riverside. Hospitality was good. Mr Sanjay, Resort Manager and Staff was very kind, helpful and cooperative. Food was delicious . We would love to visit again and recommend my friends.

It was really a great experience in staying Havel river cottage, staffs are very cooperative, tasty food, and amazing tasty maggi. Best part is location which is just adjacent to Havel river. I was there with family including 3 yr kids, and all enjoyed a lot.

We visited here on 7 dec, The rooms were very good and the location is very fantastic. Mr Aman is very kind to their guests. Food was also good .Also the location has the Havel river outside the resort where you can bath and chill. 5 stars and will surely visit again.

It's a good place for camping for all ages people as it is nearby the river where you can spend time as much as you can to beat the heat in summer with your family, friends or spouse and also you can enjoy in night by playing racket or dancing in garden area.

The staff, the meals, and the camp itself were all excellent. The camp's view of the river was stunning, and the rooms were immaculate. Although it's far away, it's a nice spot to hang out with friends. My buddies and I had a great day, and the staff was very helpful.

Amazing place to stay in the lap of nature.....The place is nice and clean. The food quality was good and the hospitality is superb. Sitting next to the flowing river, it's a perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding with family and friends. Worth every penny.
